    Jugemu is special rice that is used for making sake, which has been produced with our in-depth knowledge and techniques of rice-making.

Six generations of tradition and innovation. Our farm has been running for 150 years in Nanatsue, Yanagawa-shi, Fukuoka Prefecture.

Nanatsue faces the Ariake Sea and Chikugo river, which is reclaimed land from the Edo period. We have been running the farm for generations, using thorough research and utilizing land that contains natural minerals from the sea. In this way, we have been producing agricultural products full of *umami.

*UmamiUmami, a savory taste, is one of the five basic tastes (together with sweetness, sourness, bitterness, and saltiness).
