Characteristics of our rice
Our product is called Hinohikari rice, which tastes delicious hot or cold. The fine taste is due to its stickiness, unique flavor, and scent. This texture and taste is consistent, even if the amount of water is adjusted. The rice will still retain it's characteristic stickiness and won't become soggy, even when making *Donburi or *Takikomigohan. Since children in Japanese usually don't like soggy rice, our rice is highly sought-after by many families with small children.
*Donburi — a bowl of cooked rice with some other food served on top of it.
*Takikomigohan — a Japanese rice dish season with dashi (broth or fish stock) and soy sauce along with mushrooms, vegetables, meat, or fish.
In order to bring out the best in our Hinohikari rice, we process everything at our farm: growing, drying, and selecting our rice. We have two kinds of rice: white and brown rice. We recommend that you try our tasty rice.

How to cook rice
Our rice tastes delicious hot or cold and is suitable for Onigiri (Japanese rice ball). You can cook tasty rice with an earthen pot. It is even tastier if you use soft water.
